SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Presenters are required to submit proposals that adhere to the following guidelines:
· Title
Clear title limited to 15 words.
Capitalize only the first word, proper nouns and initials.
· Proposal
Proposals are limited to 250 words.
· Biographical statement
Give your name, institutional affiliation (if applicable) and other relevant information in a 50-word paragraph.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Posters should fit within these dimensions: 2 feet in width (24 inches or 60cm) and 3 feet in height (36 inches or 90cm)
- Posters will be mounted on softboards therefore no stand is required. However, please do not mount heavy materials on your poster, as it may be difficult to keep it in position on the softboards.
- When you arrive at the venue, please contact the conference secretariat personnel at the registration counters. You will be informed of the venue for the presentation and placement of your posters.
- Poster presenters are only expected to be at their posters to answer any queries from conference attendees during the presentation times which will be indicated in the conference programme book.
- Presenters may display their contact details on the posters should they wish to be contacted.
- Posters should remain on the boards the whole two days of the conference. Presenters may remove their posters between 2 pm to 3 pm on 12 May 2011.
